new AEA/AUSD contract—new salary schedules

Here's how our pay increases will arrive:

Our regular April paycheck will include:

• 4% increase to our base pay

• $2,160 bonus (one-time, off-schedule)

• $147 per month reimbursement for health benefits retro to January 2026

A second April check will include retro pay:

• 3% pay increase retro to July 1, 2025

• 1% pay increase retro to January 1, 2026

Stipends and per diem pay are tied to the salary schedule; they also increase and also will be paid retroactively.
